Gilgamesh 3#. Why Utnapishtim say the most important things are "A wife, contentment, memories, and peace."?

On page 69 Utnapishtim says the most important things in life are, “A wife, contentment, memories, peace.” What does he mean by those four things?  Why do you think he picked those four?  What would your four most important things in life be?

I think that when he says those things, he means that if he seeks the immortal life he will suffer if he have the wife, because he would see her dying. He would suffer because he would have memories of people but he wouldn't see them. I agree with contentment and peace, but I would also pick friends and family.
